Klépierre: rental income up 8.8% in 2023
(CercleFinance.com) - Klépierre has announced net rental income of E1,005m for 2023, up 8.
8% LFL compared with 2022.
This year's activity was particularly driven by the increase in retail sales (+6% LFL compared with 2022). It was also underpinned by a financial occupancy rate of 96%, up 20 bp y-o-y.
Against this backdrop, EBITDA was up 9.6% on 2022, reaching E921.4m.
Net current cash flow rose by +10.7% compared with 2022, to E2.48 per share, i.e. 5.5% above the initial target.
Management says that it is very confident in its ability to extend growth into 2024.
Specifically, for 2024, Klépierre is targeting EBITDA growth of at least 4% and net current cash flow per share of between E2.45 and E2.5.
