EssilorLuxottica: H1 net income up 26%

(CercleFinance.com) - EssilorLuxottica has reported H1 2022 adjusted net income of 1.
55 billion euros, up 26%, with an adjusted operating margin of 18.4%, up one point on the pro-forma figure for H1 2021.

The optical group has announced sales growth of 37% to 12 billion euros, including comparable sales growth of 9.1%. The EMEA region maintained double-digit growth, while North America slowed down, although remained positive.

The Franco-Italian group's management said that at the same time, it has continued to prepare for long-term growth, through key projects and partnerships, as well as the integration of GrandVision, the benefits of which it is already seeing.
