Wendel: NAV per share up 16% over nine months

(CercleFinance.com) - The investment company Wendel has announced NAV of 8.
25 billion euros at 30 September 2021, or 184.5 euros per share, up 16% from 31 December 2020 (159.1 euros per share).

Compared to 30 June, NAV is still down 2.4%, however, mainly due to the valuation difference between IHS' initial trading days and its NAV at 30 June. The discount on Wendel's NAV stood at 33.8% at 30 September.

Sales for the first nine months of 2021 reached 5.52 billion euros, up 10.3% (+12% in organic terms). Sales of all group companies exceed 2019 levels on an organic basis.
