Wendel: acquisition by Allied Universal in Texas

(CercleFinance.com) - Wendel announces the signing, by Allied Universal, a company in which it has invested, of a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Securadyne Systems, a security systems integration company that is based in Dallas, Texas.


Wendel said that this acquisition will combine the leading security company in the US with a technology solutions provider, which will be the future platform for the provision of security technology solutions.

The transaction is set to close on 15 April - its precise terms have not been disclosed. Allied Universal Technology Services will employ over 500 people in 27 locations and will be the fourth largest security system integrator in the United States.
