Faurecia: BlackRock raises stake above 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - BlackRock, acting on behalf of its clients and funds under its management, has informed the AMF that on 10 June it raised its stake in Faurecia's capital to above the thresholds of 5% of its voting rights and that it now holds 5.
06% of the automotive component group's capital and 5.004% of its voting rights.

The US asset management giant says that these thresholds were crossed following the acquisition of shares both on the market and OTC, in addition to an increase in shars held as collateral.
