Eurazeo: Eurazeo Growth invests in Adjust

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo Growth announces the acquisition of a minority stake in the capital of Adjust, a leader in attribution, measurement and fraud prevention for mobile applications, hence marking its first investment in Germany.


As part of the company's development, Eurazeo Growth is providing 60 million euros as a lead partner, alongside Sofina, Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners and Highland Europe, a longsta nding investor in Adjust.

With over 350 employees, Adjust is a partner of major platforms, including Facebook, Google, Snap, Twitter, Line, and Tencent. Over 25,000 applications have chosen its solutions to improve their performance.
