Eurazeo: acquires 51% of Ducasse Education's capital

(CercleFinance.com) - Eurazeo Capital announces the acquisition of 51% of the capital of Ducasse Education by Sommet Education, a specialist hotel management group.


Comprised of three schools in France and internationally (Philippines, Brazil and soon United Arab Emirates), the group has a multitude of technical, methodological and innovative expertise. Ducasse Education welcomes more than 800 students and 3,000 apprentices at its 3 campuses.

Sommet Education, a major player in higher education, was set up around the hotel management establishments Glion Institut de Hautes Études and Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, which Eurazeo acquired in 2016.

With 5,000 students from over 100 countries, the group trains future leaders in the hospitality industry.
