BIC: about to acquire all of AMI

(CercleFinance.com) - BIC has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire the entire capital of AMI (Advanced Magnetic Interaction), a French company specialising in augmented interaction technology.


The acquisition's completion is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions with closing expected by the end of Q3 2022.

Founded in 2014, AMI uses magnetometric technology in an unprecedented way to enable precise, real-time tracking without on-board electronics in the devices.

This technology responds to the growing consumer demand for easy-to-use, durable and secure digital accessories.
