Natixis: date set for squeeze-out

(CercleFinance.com) - The AMF has announced that the squeeze-out for Natixis shares will take place on 21 July 2021 at a price of four euros per share and will cover 251,846,401 shares, representing 7.
97% of the financial institution's capital.

For the record, it announced that following the simplified tender offer for Natixis shares initiated by BPCE, the latter held 2,898,986,087 shares, or 91.80% of its capital and voting rights.

Euronext Paris will publish the detailed timetable for the implementation of the squeeze-out and the delisting date of Natixis shares from Euronext Paris. The shares will remain suspended from listing until the squeeze-out is implemented.
