Bouygues: Bank of America Merrill Lynch upgrades to 'Buy'

(CercleFinance.com) - Up until now neutral towards the Bouygues stock, analysts at Bank of America Merrill Lynch have just upgraded the share to buy, raising their corresponding target price from 38.
5 euros to 42 euros.

After meeting with management, analysts believe Bouygues "as well positioned to leverage a more constructive telecom pricing environment," while the group's main business, construction, remains upbeat.

Finally, the cash generation could enable the group to raise its dividend, with an exceptional distribution not to be ruled out in the event of a full divestment of Alstom.
