Accor: completes share buyback program

(CercleFinance.com) - Accor announces that it has completed its E400m share buyback program, as announced on 22 February, under which it acquired 9,923,228 shares at an average price of E40.
31 each, which will be cancelled in the coming weeks.

A first tranche of E275m worth of shares was purchased from Jinjiang International on 11 March. This transaction involved seven million shares at a unit price of E39.22.

The balance of the share buyback program, launched on 20 March by the hotel chain for E125m, was completed on 4 April, with the acquisition of 2,923,228 shares at an average price of E42.93.
