Accor: BlackRock exceeds 5% of share capital

(CercleFinance.com) - On March 21, 2024, BlackRock, acting on behalf of clients and funds under its management, declared that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of the share capital of Accor and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 13,747,252 Accor shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.
e. 5.45% of the share capital and 4.38% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from an acquisition of Accor shares on the market and an increase in the number of Accor shares held as collateral.
