Accor: net income group share reached E464m

(CercleFinance.com) - Revenues for 2019 reached 4,049 million euros, up 3.
8% at a constant consolidation scope and exchange rates, with 16.0% growth as reported compared to FY 2018.

The Group's EBITDA came in at 825 million euros at 31 December 2019, up 5.9% on a comparable basis and up 14.8% as reported, compared to FY 2018. Management said that this is in line with the group's target range provided last October (between 820 million and 840 million euros).

Recurring free cash flow reached 434 million euros at 31 December 2019. Net income from continuing operations improved significantly to 447 million euros.

Net income, group share amounted to 464 million euros. Over the same period in 2018, the sale of 65% of the capital of AccorInvest resulted in a capital gain of 2.4 billion euros.
