Carrefour: proposed appointments to the Board

(CercleFinance.com) - Carrefour announces that its Board of Directors has decided to co-opt Eduardo Rossi as a director to replace Abilio Diniz for the remainder of his term of office, i.
e. until the close of the AGM called to approve the 2024 financial statements.

At the AGM on May 24, the Board will also propose the appointment of Marguerite Bérard as an independent director for a three-year term, until the close of the AGM called to approve the 2026 financial statements. She will then join the Audit Committee.

The Board will also propose the re-election of Cláudia Almeida e Silva, Aurore Domont and Patricia Moulin-Lemoine as directors, as well as Philippe Houzé, Stéphane Israël, Stéphane Courbit and Arthur Sadoun, again for a three-year term.
