Carrefour: LFL sales up 2.7%

7% LFL sales growth.

The group's sales therefore reached 20.016 billion euros. In detail, there was growth in France (+1%) and Latin America (+14.5%), although sales fell in Europe (-1.5%) and Asia (-3.4%), again at constant stores.

At constant exchange rates, revenues rose by 0.5%. They fell by 3% at current exchange rates.

"Carrefour confirms the financial targets of the Carrefour 2022 plan: Cost reduction plan of E2.8bn on an annual basis by 2020, E5bn of food e-commerce sales in 2022, E5bn in sales of organic products in 2022, The disposal of non-strategic real estate assets for E500m by 2020," the group said regarding its outlook.
