Ipsos: acquires UK's Karian and Box

(CercleFinance.com) - Ipsos yesterday announced the acquisition of Karian and Box, a British company specialising in employee research and experience.


As companies attach increasing importance to relations with their employees, Ipsos is thus developing its capacities for managing employee relations.

Founded in 2006, Karian and Box posted sales of 7 million pounds for 2020. With 100 employees, it aims to help leaders take data-driven action to improve company culture and experience.
