TF1: sells Gamned! to HLD fund

(CercleFinance.com) - TF1 has announced that it has sold the digital marketing agency Gamned! to the HLD fund.
Gamned! specialises in programmatic media buying and has over 160 employees in France and six international offices.

Gamned! supports its clients, such as AXA, Orange, But, Tape à l'oeil and Macif, in activating their audiences via targeted digital devices on all media and formats (display, video, social, SEA, television, DOOH and audio).

The operation will enable the agency to continue its development in other growth areas with the support of HLD's resources and know-how, in order to respond to advertisers which need to transform their marketing strategy.
