Ubisoft: Crédit Agricole CIB below 10% of voting rights

(CercleFinance.com) - Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank has declared to the AMF that, on March 21, 2024, it fell below the threshold of 10% of Ubisoft's voting rights, following the sale of shares on the market and the return of a securities loan.


The corporate and investment bank stated that, as a result of this crossing, it held 13,835,589 Ubisoft shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 10.86% of the video game publisher's capital and 9.98% of its voting rights.
