Derichebourg: protocol signed for sale of DMS

(CercleFinance.com) - Elior has announced the signing of a protocol under which it could acquire the Derichebourg Multiservices (DMS) business, in exchange for new Elior shares in favour of Derichebourg, in a project that has been unanimously approved by both boards of directors.


The transaction values DMS at 450 million euros in terms of enterprise value, and would be financed by the issue of new Elior shares to Derichebourg, which would thus increase its stake in Elior to 48.4% at the end of the project.

The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of the usual conditions precedent, including approvals by the competition authorities and an extraordinary general meeting of Elior. The transaction is expected to close in April-May 2023.
