Derichebourg: Norges Bank raises stake to above 5%

(CercleFinance.com) - Norges Bank has announced that on 27 June it raised its stake in Derichebourg to above the 5% threshold of the group's capital.


Norges Bank says that it now holds 8,417,511 shares, representing as many voting rights, or 5.14% of Derichebourg's capital and 3.63% of its voting rights.

The crossing of this threshold results from the receipt of shares held as collateral.
