Atos: Merrill Lynch International falls below 5% threshold

(CercleFinance.com) - On April 10, Merrill Lynch International declared to the AMF that it had individually crossed below the thresholds of 5% of the capital and voting rights of Atos, and that it individually held 4.
99% of the capital and voting rights of the IT services group.

This crossing of thresholds resulted from a sale of Atos shares on the market and a reduction in the number of shares held by assimilation. Bank of America Corporation stated that it held 5.35% of Atos capital and voting rights.
