Atos: acquisition in Texas

(CercleFinance.com) - Atos has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Visual BI, a fast-growing US company that is based in Plano (Texas), which is one of the leaders in data analysis and business intelligence (BI) in the cloud.


Snowflake Elite Partner, Microsoft Gold Partner for Data & Analytics and SAP, Visual BI is also a technology partner of specialists such as Fishtown Analytics, Fivetran, Tableau, HVR Software, Qlik, Theobald Software and Alteryx.

Atos will benefit from the expertise of over 180 Visual BI experts, based in the US, Canada and India, thereby strengthening its Data Analytics and Cloud Enterprise Solutions divisions.
