Eurofins Scientific: Jefferies downgrades 'buy' rating

(CercleFinance.com) - Broker Jefferies has downgraded its "buy" rating on the Eurofins Scientific stock to "hold," having cut its corresponding target price from 525 euros to 400 euros, saying that it is now more cautious regarding margins than the targets announced by the bio-analysis service provider.


"Eurofins must demonstrate a fine balancing act through FY19, maintaining growth while demonstrating resilient margins, improving earnings quality and improving FCF via lower investment," the broker warns.
