Crit: off-market acquisition of a block of shares

(CercleFinance.com) - As part of its share buyback program, Groupe Crit announced on January 25 that it had acquired off-market a block of 562,500 of its own shares (representing 5% of its share capital) held by Eximium at a price of 70 euros per share.


The shares acquired are intended to be held for subsequent delivery in exchange or as payment in connection with external growth operations and/or to be allocated as part of employee shareholding plans.

This transaction was entirely financed out of Groupe Crit's available cash, without compromising the group's financial solidity or its investment capacity, says the human resources and airport assistance services group.
