Siemens Healthineers: Barclays upgrades stock

(CercleFinance.com) - Barclays has upgraded its rating on Siemens Healthineers shares to "overweight" (from "equal weight"), having increased its target price for them to 67 euros (from 60 euros), in a sector report on European medical technology suppliers.


After a weak start to 2022 for medtech stocks, the broker says, "We see good reasons to be constructive on the sector", which it considers to be "highly defensive on top-line trends".
