Osram: extends CFO, CTO mandates by five years

(CercleFinance.com) - German lighting group Osram said on Tuesday that it has extended the contract of its chief financial officer Ingo Bank by five years.


Bank, who is 50, joined the company in September 2016, after a career in the lighting industry, mainly spent in the Netherlands and overseas.

Osram has also extended the contract of its chief technology officer Stefan Kampmann for five years, through 2024.

In 2017, the company extended CEO Olaf Berlien's contract by five years.
