Barry Callebaut: chief operating officer to retire

(CercleFinance.com) - Swiss chocolate maker Barry Callebaut said on Tuesday that its chief operating officer, Dirk Poelman, would retire in August after working for the company for 35 years.


Its board of directors has appointed French executive Olivier Delaunay as Poelman's successor and member of the executive committee, the group said.

Delaunay is currently the vice-president for operations, supply chain, and organization for the company's EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region.
