AB InBev: investors raise a glass to quarterly results

(CercleFinance.com) - AB InBev shares are up over 6% in Brussels today after the brewer reported underlying EPS of 0.
85 dollar for Q3 2021, 5 cents above the 0.80 dollar posted a year ago, despite the group's normalised EBITDA margin falling 174 basis points to 36.5%.

At nearly 14.3 billion dollars, revenue rose 7.9%, with a balanced mix of 3.4% volume growth and 4.3% revenue per hectolitre growth, driven by revenue management and premiumisation.

AB InBev expects FY EBITDA to grow by 10% to 12%, while it forecasts revenue growth to outpace EBITDA growth through a sound combination of volume and price effects.
