Qualcomm: Q1 adjusted net income up 47%

(CercleFinance.com) - Qualcomm last night reported adjusted revenue of 10.
7 billion dollars for Q1 2022 - period ended 26 December 2021 - up 30% y-o-y.

At the same time, adjusted pre-tax profit increased 48% to 4.3 billion dollars.
Qualcomm finally reported adjusted net income of 3.7 billion dollars, up 47%, i.e. adjusted EPS of 3.23 dollars.

The business was driven in particular by the strength of the QCT (Qualcomm CDMA Technologies) business, which develops and supplies integrated circuits and system software based on 3G/4G/5G and other technologies for use in mobile devices, wireless networks, IoT, consumer electronics...

For Q2 2022, Qualcomm expects revenue of 10.2 to 11 billion dollars and adjusted EPS of 2.8 to 3 billion dollars.
