Procter & Gamble: Q4 EPS up 7%
(CercleFinance.com) - Consumer products group Procter & Gamble - the owner of the Ariel, Duracell and Pampers brands, amongst others - has reported Q4 2021-22 adjusted EPS, up 7% to 1.
21 dollar, on sales of 19.5 billion dollars, with organic growth of 7%.
The group said that the execution of its strategies has delivered strong sales growth, higher profits and significant cash returns to shareholders in the face of severe operational and cost headwinds.
With 2021-22 adjusted EPS of 5.81 dollars and organic sales growth of 7%, P&G expects 2022-23 adjusted EPS of around 5.93 dollars, with organic growth in a target range of 3%-5%.
Despite seemingly upbeat figures, the share is down almost 3.5% in pre-market trading today.
