Netflix: plans to issue bonds for 2 billion dollars

(CercleFinance.com) - Netflix has announced its intention to issue bonds totalling around two billion dollars, in two series denominated in dollars and euros, subject to market conditions and other considerations.


The video-on-demand giant said that interest rates, maturities and other terms will be defined by negotiations with initial buyers. The proceeds from the issue will be used for the group's general needs.
