Estée Lauder: Q1 EPS down 28%

37 dollar for Q1 2022-23, down 28% (-24% excluding currency effects) on sales of 3.93 billion dollars, down 11% (-5% in organic terms).
The group in particular said that Covid-19 restrictions in China were a greater challenge than expected.
For FY 2022-23, the cosmetics and fragrance group expects adjusted EPS of 5.25-5.40 dollars, with organic sales growth of 0 to 2%.
