L Brands: Q2 EPS down 61%

( - On Wednesday night the women's fashion house L Brands announced that its Q2 (period to 4 August) EPS fell 61% to 14 cents, although when adjusted for extraordinary charges, it reached 24 cents.

At 2.9 billion dollars, revenue fell 1% like-for-like, with Bath & Body Works' 8% growth offsetting much of the 6% decline in the Victoria's Secret range.

The Columbus based Group (Ohio) confirms its adjusted EPS forecast range for the Current fiscal year of 2.30 dollars to 2.60 dollars, with EPS of -5 cents to +5 cents in Q3 alone.
