GE: acquires Greenbird Integration Technology

(CercleFinance.com) - GE Vernova's digital business today announced the acquisition of Greenbird Integration Technology AS, a utility-focused data integration platform company.


The financial terms of the deal were not specified.

Utilities urgently need to connect data from multiple sources to gain visibility and efficiently automate their network operations, GE Vernova.said.

For the record, GridOS is a portfolio of software designed specifically for grid orchestration, adding new capabilities to connect systems and integrate grid data more easily and at scale.
