GE: collaboration agreement with RaySearch Laboratories

(CercleFinance.com) - GE Healthcare has announced that it has entered into a collaboration agreement with RaySearch Laboratories AB, a leading provider of radiation oncology software, to develop a new radiation therapy simulation solution to simplify the way radiation therapy targets a tumor.


The companies aim to combine RaySearch's advanced treatment planning systems with GE Healthcare's leading multimodality simulation systems to make cancer treatment faster and more accurate.

To date, RaySearch's software is used by more than 800 clinics in over 40 countries.
