Disney: two new directors join board

(CercleFinance.com) - US media and entertainment giant Disney last night announced that two new directors have joined its board.


Amy Chang, a former executive at network equipment supplier Cisco, and Calvin McDonald, the current chief executive of yoga clothing chain lululemon athletica, will join the board with immediate effect.

Amy Chang, who already sits on the Procter & Gamble's board, led Cisco's collaborative systems business from 2018 to 2020, a scope that includes video conferencing.

Meanwhile, prior to his arrival at lululemon in 2018, Calvin McDonald was, for five years, CEO of Sephora Americas, a subsidiary of LVMH.
