Stellantis: Alain Favey appointed CEO of Peugeot

(CercleFinance.com) - Alain Favey has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Peugeot, reporting to Jean-Philippe Imparato, Enlarged Europe Chief Operating Officer, Stellantis.


Alain Favey spent the first 20 years of his career with the PSA Group, where he managed the Citroen brand in Denmark, Belux, the UK, Italy and then France. In 2009, he joined Volkswagen AG, where he held a number of international positions at Porsche Holding, Skoda and Bentley. Since June 2023, he has been CEO of Europcar Mobility.

Alain Favey joins the Stellantis Group as Head of the Peugeot Brand from February 3, 2025.

Joining the Stellantis Group is in a way a return to our roots, with a particularly exciting challenge. We are at a technological and societal turning point in our relationship with the automobile, and the Peugeot Brand, through its creativity and innovation, is for me a major player in this evolution.'
