Stellantis: solid results for FCA and PSA in 2020

(CercleFinance.com) - Launched less than 50 days ago on the merger between FCA and PSA, Stellantis today reports "solid 2020 results", that build on the past financial results achieved by FCA and PSA.


Despite Covid, FCA has reported solid 2020 results, with adjusted net profit of 1.9 billion euros and adjusted EBIT of 3.7 billion euros. FCA further announces record fourth quarter results, with adjusted EBIT of 2.3 billion euros, saying that all regions, as well as Maserati, are favourable.

Meanwhile, PSA highlights strong profitability in 2020, with an underlying operating margin of 7.1% for the Automotive division, at 3.4 billion euros. Net income, group share came in at 2.2 billion euros.
