Technip Energies: JV agreement in UAE

(CercleFinance.com) - On the President of the United Arab Emirates official visit to Paris Technip Energies announces the signature of an agreement for the creation of a joint venture called NT Energies, with National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC).


Based in Abu Dhabi, the new joint venture aims to support the energy transition in the Emirates, and more broadly in the Middle East and North Africa, for example through value-added services in hydrogen and decarbonisation projects.

It will also provide oil and gas field and facility services, construction and energy efficiency services, as well as consulting and engineering services in oil and gas facilities, alternative energy and research.
