ASML: 2021 earnings up 69%

(CercleFinance.com) - ASML has reported net profit of 5.
88 billion euros for FY 2021, with EPS up 69% at 14.36 euros, and a gross margin that improved by 4.1 points to 52.7% on revenues that are up 33% to just over 18.6 billion euros.

The Dutch semiconductor equipment maker said it expects revenue growth of around 20% in 2022, noting that this includes the expected impact of the fire that hit a building at its Berlin site.

ASML intends to declare a dividend of 5.50 euros per share for 2021, double the previous dividend. Excluding the interim dividend of 1.80 euros paid last November, the final dividend per share proposed to the general meeting will therefore amount to 3.70 euros.
