Euronext: withdraws indicative offer on Allfunds

(CercleFinance.com) - Euronext has informed Allfunds' board of directors of that it has withdrawn its indicative offer to acquire 100% of the share capital of this digital platform which brings together fund managers and distributors.


This announcement follows that of 22 February, when Euronext confirmed that it had submitted an indicative offer to Allfunds' board of directors and declared that it was in "active" discussions with the company's main shareholder.

However, Euronext says that its offer remained conditional on the conclusion of an agreement with Allfunds' other shareholders and that there was no certainty that a firm offer will be presented.
