Airbus: a big step forward for OneSat satellite

(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus today announced that the final design review of the OneSat flexible satellite family has been successfully completed with clients and space agencies, which is a significant milestone, it said.


The fully reconfigurable OneSat family features major innovations and cutting-edge technologies, including the latest advances in digital processing and active antennae to create several thousand beams, Airbus detailed.

The company is currently manufacturing seven OneSats for its clients, as well as eight ultra-modern Eurostar Neo communications satellites. The development of both programs is supported by ESA, as well as the French Space Agency (CNES) and the UK Space Agency (UKSA).
