Toyota: 9m net income doubles

(CercleFinance.com) - Toyota Motor Corporation has published its 9m 2024 results (period April to December 2023).


The car maker has announced sales of 34,022bn yen over this 9m period, up 23.9% y-o-y.

9m operating income totaled 4,240bn yen, up 102.1% y-o-y, while net income, group share, came to 3947bn yen, up 107.9% y-o-y, giving EPS of 291.87 yen, compared with 138.78 yen a year earlier.

Against this backdrop, the company has raised its FY operating income forecast, now targeting 4,900bn yen for net income, group share, from 4,500bn yen, with EPS of 332.97 yen.
