Shell: Shell USA-Shell Midstream Partners merger completed
(CercleFinance.com) - Shell announced on Tuesday that it has entered into a definitive merger agreement between its US subsidiary Shell USA and Shell Midstream Partners, the oil company's pipeline acquisition business.
Under the terms of the agreement, Shell USA will acquire all of the shares of Shell Midstream Partners at a price of 15.85 dollars per share, representing an enterprise value of 1.96 billion dollars.
