Air France-KLM: 36% of 2025 and 2026 bonds bought back

(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM announces that existing bonds for a total nominal amount of E452.
7m, representing 36.2% of the relevant outstanding securities, have been tendered and accepted to its cash offer launched on 13 May.

The buyback of these 2025 (E234.8m) and 2026 (E217.9m) bonds will be financed entirely from the net proceeds of the issue of new bonds with a nominal value of E650m announced on 14 May.

This transaction is part of the company's ongoing dynamic management of its bond debt profile using its credit ratings published in December 2023, the Franco-Dutch airline said.
