Air France-KLM: early redemption of OCEANE bonds

(CercleFinance.com) - Air France-KLM announces that, at the request of bondholders, it has redeemed approximately E452m of the E500m bonds convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable for existing shares (OCEANE) due 25 March 2026.


This early redemption option was part of the terms and conditions relating to these bonds. The number of potential dilutive shares linked to the OCEANE 2026 in circulation has consequently been reduced from 4,966,518 to 472,580 shares.

The remaining bonds in circulation will be redeemed at par on 25 March 2026. They may also be redeemed early at the option of the Franco-Dutch airline, subject to certain conditions.
