Unibail-Rodamco: completes sale of SHiFT building

(CercleFinance.com) - Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield announces that it has finalised the sale of the SHiFT office block to a consortium of French institutional investors (Primonial REIM, La Française and EDF Invest), for a price of 620 million euros.


For the record, the agreement for this transaction was concluded last October. Located in Issy-les-Moulineaux, SHiFT covers a GLA surface area of 47,200 m. It is fully leased to Nestlé for its head office in France under a 12-year lease.
