Unibail-Rodamco: reiterates backing of RESET plan

(CercleFinance.com) - The company's supervisory board met on Monday and reiterated its support and unanimous commitment to the RESET plan.


"The only credible response to secure its future over the long-term, in an environment where the retail world is facing unprecedented challenges with the COVID-19 crisis," the group said.

The supervisory board unanimously recommended that all shareholder vote in favour of the RESET plan and against the resolutions proposed by activist shareholders.

Colin Dyer, chairman of the supervisory board, said, "They do not take into account the immediate need to strengthen our balance sheet."
