Ubisoft: cuts targets for 2019/2020

(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening Ubisoft announced that it is cutting its targets for for FY 2019-20.

The group now expects net bookings of approximately 1,450 million euros, and a non-IFRS operating profit of between 20 million and 50 million euros, compared to a net bookings of 2,185 million euros and a non-IFRS operating profit of approximately 480 million euros previously announced.

"These adjustments reflect a sharp downward revision in the revenues expected from Ghost Recon Breakpoint® and, to a lesser extent, The Division 2 and the decision to increase development time for Gods & MonstersTM, Rainbow Six® Quarantine and Watch Dogs Legion, which will all now be released in fiscal 2020-21."
