CGG: signs promise to sell HQ

(CercleFinance.com) - CGG has announced signing a sale and leaseback agreement with Pramena Investment & Anacap Financial Partners for the sale of its headquarters in Massy, close to Paris, in France.


The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2022. Yuri Baidoukov, CGG's CFO, said, "This transaction emphasizes CGG's continuing efforts to reduce its cost base and strengthen its balance sheet".
